Our office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. We look forward to assisting you during our regular business hours.

Our community offers spacious and thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and living needs.

Stone Brook is ideally located at 619 Rollingbrook Drive in Baytown, Texas, right in the heart of the city with quick access to major shopping, dining, schools, and healthcare. Residents enjoy a convenient location just minutes from Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital, nearby retail centers, and major roadways connecting Baytown to the greater Houston area. The community offers the perfect blend of everyday convenience and comfortable living in one of Baytown’s most accessible neighborhoods.

Leasing and Application Process

Tours may be conveniently scheduled online through our property website. We also welcome walk-in visitors and look forward to showing you our community.

To complete an application, all applicants must provide a current valid government-issued photo ID and verifiable income documentation. Income documents must be uploaded in PDF format through Snappt for verification. Additional documentation or information may be required based on individual application circumstances.

To qualify for residency, the combined gross monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount. All income must be verifiable and meet the community's qualification guidelines.

Applying is quick and convenient through our property website. Simply select your preferred apartment home and proceed with the application process. For a smooth and timely approval, it is important that the application is completed in full, including all applicants and occupants, complete address history with accurate start and end dates, employment history with accurate start and end dates, and verifiable income information. Please also include how you heard about our community, as well as any locator or resident referral details, as these are dependent on your submission.

All residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to move-in, and all occupants 18 years of age and older must be listed on the policy. Residents may obtain coverage through their preferred insurance provider or choose to enroll through our approved provider for added convenience.

If all information is completed fully & properly, with income documents uploaded approval can be same day of application for MKT units. Essential housing applications may vary based on required information

At this time, our community does not offer short-term lease options. We currently offer 12-month lease terms to provide consistency and stability for our residents and community.

Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

Applicants approved with conditions are required to pay one month’s base rent plus the standard deposit. Additionally, all applicants have the option to utilize Jetty as an alternative deposit solution for added flexibility. Contact our leasing office or visit our Floorplans page for details.

Utilities: Residents are responsible for electricity and water. Residents may choose their own electricity provider. Water, sewer, trash, and other utility charges are billed through Conservice and paid with monthly rent. These charges are allocated based on occupancy, not individual usage. Utility bills are billed in arrears, so the first bill typically appears about 60 days after move-in and the final bill may include charges received after move-out.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is provided through the 3rd, during which late fees will not be assessed. For convenience, residents may submit payments online through the resident app or the property’s resident portal. Cashier’s checks may also be accepted when necessary.

Move-In, Lease Terms

At this time, our community offers 12-month lease terms only. This lease structure helps provide consistency and stability for both our residents and the community.

To ensure a smooth move-in experience, all required documentation must be submitted prior to move-in day, including proof of electric service activation, renter’s insurance, and any other applicable move-in requirements. On move-in day, residents will be responsible for paying any prorated move-in charges, or the full month's rent if the move-in occurs on the first day of the month. Upon move-in, residents will receive a welcome folder containing important community information and will acknowledge receipt of all applicable items, including apartment keys, gate access devices, pool bands, and other community access materials.

To maintain the integrity of our residency requirements and approval process, subletting and lease transfers are not permitted within the community. All individuals residing in an apartment home must be approved and listed on the lease agreement in accordance with community policies.
Verbal notices are not accepted. Residents are required to submit a written Notice to Vacate at least 60 days prior to their intended move-out date. The notice must be acknowledged and approved by management to be considered valid. Residents who move out before the expiration of their lease term may be subject to applicable lease termination fees and charges in accordance with the lease agreement.

Amenities & Lifestyle

Our community offers a variety of convenient and enjoyable amenities, including package lockers, two resort-style swimming pools, and two outdoor patio grilling stations. Residents also enjoy a bark park, playground, and a fully equipped fitness center. Additional features include covered parking, detached garages, and both small and large storage units. For added peace of mind, we provide 24-hour emergency maintenance services. Please note that personal barbecue grills are not permitted on the property.
All community amenities are available 24 hours a day for resident convenience, with the exception of the swimming pools, which are open daily and close at 10:00 PM.
At this time, our community does not offer private rentals or reservations for amenity spaces. All amenities are available for resident enjoyment on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with community guidelines.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the leasing clubhouse.

At this time, our community does not offer guest suite rentals for visitors. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with alternative nearby accommodation options if needed.

On-site parking is available for residents and is permit-only. Residents are required to register all vehicles through a designated parking app for all eligible drivers listed on the lease. The app also allows for the registration of guest vehicles in accordance with the TAA Lease Agreement and community parking guidelines.

At this time, our community does not currently offer electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on-site. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to evaluate future amenity enhancements.
At this time, we do not offer designated bicycle storage areas. However, residents may utilize our available storage units as an alternative option for storing bicycles and other personal belongings.
Packages are not accepted or held in the leasing office. For resident convenience, we utilize a secure package locker system accessible through Parcel Pending, where deliveries are safely received and available for pickup at any time.

Guests

On-site parking is available and is permit-only. Residents are required to register all vehicles through the designated parking app for all eligible drivers listed on the lease. The app also allows for the registration of guest vehicles in accordance with the TAA Lease Agreement and community parking policies.

Residents are registered in the community’s entry gate system, allowing visitors to contact them through the call box/dial pad. Residents may then conveniently grant access by remotely opening the gate from their mobile device.

Resident Resources

Rent payments are made conveniently online through the resident app or property website/resident portal. The portal is also integrated with the Bilt Rewards program, allowing residents to earn rewards and credit for essential payments, not just discretionary or luxury spending.
Lease renewal notifications are issued between 75 and 120 days prior to lease expiration. Residents participating in PFC renewals are required to visit the leasing office to complete the annual recertification application. All renewal agreements are finalized electronically through the resident app or property website/resident portal for added convenience.
Maintenance requests may be conveniently submitted online through the resident app or property website/resident portal for prompt processing and service. The app also allows residents to attach photos and videos, helping improve accuracy and support faster service response times.
